Bojan, the Head of Experience Design at OCBC Bank in Singapore, is responsible for the design and the improvement of all major touch points between the bank and its customers.
He holds a degree in architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, where he specialized in industrial design and the theory of architecture.He worked as an architect in Switzerland and Germany before beginning his career in the financial services industry, first with Credit Suisse and then as an independent consultant on customer experience strategy.
His current work is focused on delivering effortless banking experiences, where he acts as agent of change in creating a more customer centric organization.
