In this half-day workshop, we’ll work through design techniques that combine thinking from Agile and Lean Startup to offer a holistic view on what it means to be a modern UX designer. We’ll use the design and validation of a Minimum Viable Product as a basis for understanding how common UX practices, such as User Research, Personas, and UI design fit into an Agile/Lean UX practice.
